We think too often people look at a new build luxury property brochure or show apartment and rightly assume “This is what my apartment will look like!” Only to be told the flooring, kitchen units, granite/quartz worktops, appliances, oak doors, spot lights and even fully tiled bathrooms will all cost extra!
