We are a long term investor in Primary Care and are therefore fully committed to your future. We are experienced in dealing with the different stakeholders involved in the Sale & Leaseback process and strive to make the process as quick and easy for you as possible!
AVOIDING OBSOLESCENCE
We can provide the necessary funding to upgrade and/or extend your existing premises. As developers of primary care premises we can also look at providing you with new premises’ within the lease term should you feel the practice has outgrown its current site. Both of these services are fully managed from gaining necessary NHS approvals through to project delivery.
FLEXIBLE LEASE
GP Leases are typically 20-25 years, however we have know them to be longer or shorter than this. All of our leases are drafted to a common standard and allow automatic partnership changes. We will also consider bespoke clauses to suit any special requirements.
THE SUPPORT YOU NEED
We can be as involved as you want us to be! We will fully explain your obligations under the lease as well as your options for transferring as much or as little of the maintenance and repair liability to us. Dependent on this we can offer you a dedicated property manager for peace of mind.
