Static guarding, mobile patrols, key holding, property inspections, lock down services and even CCTV installation and monitoring we have got you and your property securely covered. All our security personnel are SIA registered and CRB checked.

Grounds Maintenance

Due to us managing multiple properties we are able to offer out clients vastly reduced rates on their waste management services. We also help our clients stay compliant and reduce their carbon footprint by working with a number of partners who are ISO 14001 registered and therefore carbon neutral.

Our in house energy brokers take the time, hassle and cost out of our clients energy renewals. We have relationships with over 20 suppliers across the UK and specialise in finding the best rates on the market.

Washrooms & Hygiene

Our washroom & Hygiene service is focused on meeting the highest standards in infection prevention. Our service includes hand care, air care, feminine hygiene, WC/urinal and infant care.

Building Maintenance

Limit your liability and insurance risks by keeping your gutters, drains and the rest of your building fabric in good condition with our building fabric maintenance plans. We service and maintain even your specialist equipment including rainwater harvesting systems, automated doors, ductwork and ventilation.

Electrical (Compliance)

With both Health and Safety regulations and insurance companies demanding more rigorous conditions of cover, it is vital that building electrical installations are properly maintained. We can carry out PAT testing, fixed electrical testing, emergency light testing and maintain fire systems.

Gas, Plumbing & Heating

We offer full maintenance and servicing programmes for all Gas, Plumbing and Heating systems. A planned, preventative maintenance programme ensures better equipment performance, higher levels of energy efficiency and meeting gas safe legislation. For emergency repairs we normally attend site within a few hours.

From installation to emergency breakdown repair we can cover all aspects of Air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance. We attended all breakdowns within 8 hours and within 4 if it is business critical.

TV Audio & Visual

Finding good TV Audio & Visual engineers can be challenging. For many of our hotel clients we offer the benefit of being able to repair any TV or audio glitches they have rapidly, ensuring they do no have to discount room rates due to a TV not working.

Lift Maintenance

Due to us managing multiple properties we are able to get cheaper rates on lift maintenance and call-outs. We will also work with you to implement a level of cover that is right for your property.
